This Provider Privacy Policy explains how Khidmaty (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information of individuals or entities registered as service providers (“Providers”) on the Khidmaty platform.
By registering or providing services through Khidmaty, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information from Providers:
- Identity Information: name, phone number, email, profile photo
- Business Information: company name, service category, licenses, certifications
- Verification Information: ID documents or other verification data (where required)
- Service Activity: bookings, job history, availability, performance metrics
- Payment & Payout Information: transaction records, payout details
- Device & Usage Data: device type, OS, app version, IP address, logs
- Location Data: service area and real-time location during active jobs (if enabled)
2. How We Use Provider Information
- To create and manage Provider accounts
- To verify identity, eligibility, and compliance
- To match Providers with relevant customer requests
- To facilitate payments and payouts
- To monitor service quality, ratings, and performance
- To provide support, resolve disputes, and enforce policies
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements
3. Sharing of Provider Information

- With Payment Partners: to process payouts securely

We do not sell Provider personal data.

Khidmaty may collect location data from Providers to:
- Assign nearby service requests
- Track job progress during active bookings
- Improve safety and dispute resolution
Location access can be managed through your device settings. Disabling location may limit certain features.

Provider information is retained only as long as necessary to:
- Operate the Platform and services
- Meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

8. Independent Contractor Status
Data collection under this Privacy Policy does not alter your status as an independent contractor. Khidmaty does not exercise control over how you perform services.
